Reasons to Keep Your Plexus Account Up to Date

Have you ever tried to log into one of your accounts, but can’t get in?

You feverishly remembering which email address or password is on the account, but have no success?

We’ve all been there.

A few weeks ago, we shared 6 Tips to Keep Your Online Plexus Business Safe. In this week’s Plexus Way, we discuss the importance of making sure the information on your Plexus account is up-to-date.

Receiving Communications

Make sure your email, physical address and phone number is current. That way, you’ll be certain that all communications about your Plexus business are delivered without delay.

Like many people, you probably have more than one email address. Although not required, you may consider using one dedicated email address for your Plexus business. By doing so, you’ll be sure that all of your business communications will be delivered to that email.

If you aren’t receiving Plexus emails, double check which email address is on file. If you are certain your email address is correct, check your junk/spam folder for communications. If that doesn’t work, go to your Back Office, then select Tools, Library, then choose Email Newsletter Signup.

Product Shipments

Make sure your shipping information is current, including an apartment/unit number if applicable. That way, you’ll know your favorite Plexus products are delivered to your doorstep without delay.

Additionally, some Ambassadors will use their Plexus account to ship trial packs to a potential Customer or Ambassador. When doing so, be sure to update the shipping info back to yours.

If you find yourself dropshipping from your account often, you may consider enrolling someone with a Preferred Customer account.


Wouldn’t it be a bummer if the 2018 Plexus Custom Planner you could earn in October doesn’t get delivered? If you earn your one-of-a-kind planner, it will be shipped to you using the shipping address on file.

Commission Qualified

If you get a new debit/credit card, make sure you update the payment info in your Plexus account. Having updated payment information on your account will make sure you continue to receive your favorite Plexus products and help keep you commission qualified.

Finally, keeping your account information up-to-date will ensure your Plexus account doesn’t get flagged for outdated or inaccurate information.

Best of all, you can update your account information right in your Back Office. Go to the Account Services tab on the right-hand side. Next, choose Personal Information to update your address and email. Or, select Manage Cards to update your payment info.
