There is only a few short months standing between us and the Plexus “Legacy” Convention, but still plenty of time to quality for prizes with the Grow and Go Super Silver Incentive, Convention Contest, and even Consistency Club.¤
Here are some tips for you to make sure that all your efforts pay off.
Calling in for someone else?
We all like being helpful, and as a sponsor, sometimes you want to go above and beyond for your downline or customers to sort out a hiccup with orders, signups, or more. But before you call in on their behalf, please understand that this might end up giving you more headaches than solutions.
For security reasons, Plexus only discusses account information with the account holder. This means that a well-meaning call might not be as productive as you think it would be. For best results, it’s easier for each person to call in for their own account.
Have information on other accounts?
We mentioned some reasons why Ambassadors should be careful with their account information in a previous article. Well, here’s another!
Having your information on other accounts could result in the removal of points for contests and incentives. There is a team at Plexus that flags accounts when information doesn’t match up and we’d hate for this to happen to you while you’re busy earning those prizes. Every point counts, so check that your account information is up-to-date.
Own multiple accounts?
Each Ambassador should only have beneficial interest in a single account, and our systems work hard to make sure duplicate accounts are weeded out. Unfortunately, this means that if someone in your downline forgot their password and decided it was easier to just create another account, then you would not earn points for the duplicate accounts. Or, even worse, you might have points invalidated.
If your team member needs help recovering an account, just follow the instructions on the Sign In page of the corporate website and you’ll be back up and running in no time.

For the most accurate information, refer to the contact information on the FAQ sheets provided for your contest or incentive. For example, if you have a questions about the Convention Contest, you should email email@example.com, but if you’re having issues with the Consistency Club, hit up firstname.lastname@example.org.
