System Update: Customer Order Automated Emails

We are happy to report that starting today you will begin receiving email notifications when you have a new Retail or Preferred Customer AND when any of your existing Retail or Preferred Customers place an order!

These emails will be delivered in real-time so you can touch base with your Customers immediately to ensure they are enjoying their experience with Plexus®!

The email notifications will include the order number, order PV, and the customer’s contact information. Look out for emails with the following subject lines:  
1. New Customer Order email:  “New Customer Order!”
2. Customer Order email: “Customer Order!”
