Delivery Update Regarding Plexus® Shipments

Due to the storms affecting areas on the East Coast and other parts of the country, delivery of Plexus orders may be delayed. Shipping from our warehouses is on schedule and has not been impacted. We have been in contact with our delivery providers UPS, USPS, and FedEx, and they are all experiencing various delays nationwide.

If you are expecting an order, please check the status of your package directly at UPSUSPS, and/or FedEx. If you have additional questions, please contact our Customer Service team Monday – Friday 5 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Arizona Time) and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. (Arizona Time) at 480-998-3490 or CS@plexusworldwide.com.
