We are excited to introduce the Plexus Live Chat feature now available to all users!

You will now see the Live Chat window available on the Plexus Worldwide® page when browsing. This is an incredible tool that comes with amazing benefits for you as you build your business and shop the products you love.

Here’s How to Chat

You can begin a live chat when you visit under the “Contact Us” icon located on the top right side of the screen, on the bottom right of your screen, or in the drop-down menu on desktop and mobile.

  1. If you are logged in – For a quicker and more personalized service, you can initiate a chat once you have logged into your Plexus account. You will be automatically connected and easily able to begin your chat. The chat window will be available at the bottom of the screen for easy access.
  2. If you are not logged in – You will need to enter your first name, email, and question, then you will need to select “Start Chat” to connect. Feel free to chat away!
