As an Ambassador, you are the best Plexus® endorsement. Every day, you are sharing Plexus with others, and you offer hope to those looking to improve their health. And, you are sharing how Plexus can give someone that happiness they’ve been seeking.
In this week’s The Plexus Way, we discuss how you can share your Plexus story to promote your business.
Share Your Success
Recognition is a great way to share how Plexus rewards its Ambassadors. For example, Consistency Club is more exciting than ever, with new prizes and recognition opportunities. ¤
When sharing success with the Plexus opportunity, remember that we find most people are joining for the opportunity to earn some extra income or help pay for their products. For some help getting started, here are some benefits you can share. Don’t forget the disclaimer! ¤
- Say, “Plexus is an opportunity to do what I truly love.”
- Say, “Plexus can help me contribute to my family’s finances.¤”
- Say, “You can work this business from home.”
¤Plexus makes no guarantees on income, as such representations may be misleading. Your success depends on your effort, commitment, skill and leadership abilities, and how effectively you exercise those qualities. Please see the Plexus Annual Income Disclosure Statement.
Things to Avoid
While Plexus products have been featured in exciting places, when sharing your Plexus story, there are some “endorsements” you’ll want to avoid – specifically as it refers to supposed endorsements from third parties.
As a reminder, endorsements about Plexus from third parties are not allowed unless you have written approval from both Plexus and that party. This “endorsement” also applies if a Plexus product or Ambassador was featured on a talk show or television program. Additionally, avoid using trademarked logos or characters when sharing Plexus with others, as Plexus and its Ambassadors do not have permissions to use them in advertising.
An example of this occurred recently with the Mayo Clinic. The Mayo Clinic sent Plexus a letter because they objected to Ambassadors’ use of their name in advertising. Because of this, our Compliance team has been diligently contacting Ambassadors and requesting the removal of the popular post. This post incorrectly states that Plexus products are on The Mayo Clinic’s list of approved/recommended products. To help us in our efforts, please remove this post if you shared it.
Remember, YOU are your best Plexus endorsement!
