How to Talk to Customers About Setting Up Their Subscription Order

We all love free shipping, and as an Ambassador, you have an incredible opportunity to help your customers and team learn about an amazing promotion that they don’t want to miss.

From now through December, your Customers and Ambassadors can receive free shipping on their future Subscription Order of at least $145 (after discount) for Customers or 145 PV or more for Ambassadors. This is a great time to reach out and let people know how to take advantage of this incentive.

But, how do reach out to Customers or Ambassadors about setting up a Subscription Order?

Get ready! Focus on these three steps:

  1. Write down a list of Customers, Preferred Customers, and potentials you want to reach out to about this incentive. Think about those Customers and Preferred Customers who haven’t quite reached a Subscription Order of $145.
  2. Write down a list of Ambassadors you want to reach out to who haven’t quite reached a Subscription Order of 145 PV. Invite them to also contact their Customers and Ambassadors about the free shipping incentive.
  3. Connect in small bunches. Did you know that it takes an average of 6 to 7 “No’s” before you may get a “Yes”? Count ‘em and see for yourself. With that in mind, you may want to call 3 to 4 people each day. That means you’ll receive a “Yes” every other day, and you’ll receive a lot of appreciation for thinking of them.

By reaching out, you just may brighten their day! The benefits of connecting with Customers and Ambassadors is that you have a great opportunity to not only share exciting news about the free shipping incentive, but you can help inspire them with your positive energy and kindness. You just may make their day better because they heard from you!

What can you say to your customers, Preferred Customers and Ambassadors?

Preferred Customers (Subscription Order less than $145)
“I wanted to check in to make sure you saw the free shipping promotion on our Subscription Orders. You’re on the top of my list of Customers I’m reaching out to because you are so close to qualifying for free shipping. You just need to add one more item. I was thinking {insert product name} would be a great addition to what you already love…and you would get free shipping for the rest of year! What do you think? I have more info I can share with you.”

Retail Customers
“Just want to make sure you know about the free shipping promotion on Preferred Customer orders going on right now. You’ll love that you get to save money as well as the convenience of a Subscription Order. Let’s connect about your health and happiness goals as it’s a great time to let Plexus treat you to free shipping. How about connecting on the details to learn more about this?”

Ambassadors (Subscription Order less than 145 PV)
“Did you see the free shipping incentive? Let’s chat about it! This is such a great way to consistently focus on your health and business goals. Plus, we can personalize it to suit your needs and it’s a great promotion to leverage for your customers. Want to connect this week on the details?”

Text Message: <insert Pumpkin fall emoji> Did you see the free shipping promotion? <insert smiley emoji>. You would love it and you’re so close to qualifying for free shipping. Let’s chat in the next few days about the details. When is a good time for you?

Simply connect your people
The free shipping promotion is a great reason to connect with your people!

Your main goal is simply to reach out and offer the incentive. Don’t get caught up in the fear of getting a “no” answer. If this promotion isn’t a fit for them, that’s okay. Just focus on sharing the great news of free shipping as you never know who is ready to take advantage of the promotion. Plus, you’ll spread a little happiness to someone else as you touch base.

Set your business goal to 7 people
In the next few days, reach out to at least seven people. You’ll likely find someone is happy you connected with them and wants to take advantage of the incentive.

Free Shipping will only apply to active Subscription Orders at least one day out and not same-day enrollment Subscription Orders. Multiple Subscription Orders cannot be combined to equal 145 PV to receive Free Shipping.

Free Shipping on Preferred Customer Subscription Orders will only apply on $145 or more during the promotion timeframe. Free Shipping will only apply to active Subscription Orders and not same-day enrollment Subscription Orders. New Preferred Customers must use a promo code on their initial subscription Order set up from their assigned country to receive Free Shipping (see below for assigned country code). Multiple Subscription Orders cannot be combined to equal $145 to receive Free Shipping.

No exceptions will be made for previous Subscription Orders outside of the promotion dates. Any returned Subscription Orders from the promotion period will be refunded the purchase amount. This promotion is available to all markets.
