Tips for Finding Weight Loss Solutions that Work

With the 2019 Slimdown Challenge™ in full swing, thousands of Ambassadors and Customers are striving to get their health on track. The prizes are enticing, sure (who wouldn’t love a luxury vacation package?!), yet the Slimdown Challenge can mean so much more for your overall health and happiness goals. We all have different goals and different ways of reaching them. That’s why we don’t believe there’s a “One Size Fits All” strategy for meeting and maintaining your ideal weight.

Make Weight Loss Work for You

In 2018, two of the top three most common resolutions were “eat healthier” and “get more exercise.1 However, within six weeks of the new year, about 80 percent of people had already given up on their resolutions.2 Ouch.

But what if this year could be different? What if you could crack the code and develop a weight loss strategy you could actually stick to? What if you could be one of the elite 20 percent who keep their resolution going strong well into February, or (gasp!) beyond?
