Plexus® Pay Point Adjustment

As we are approaching the end of 2019, we’d like to take a moment to acknowledge the incredible growth and success we have celebrated together and share with you our vision for the future of Plexus and the legacy of every business within our family. For One Plexus, building a legacy means establishing a future we can be proud of for generations to come. It means being known and remembered for doing things the way it could be done, and should be done, but rarely is.

It is with this vision in mind and in the spirit of One Plexus, that we together, with corporate and field leadership, have made a Pay Points requirement adjustment to our compensation plan. We believe this will secure the continued solid foundation of Plexus and will fortify our legacy as one to be proud of for years to come.

Beginning January 1, 2020, the amount of points you are paid on will be based on your Paid Rank.¤

The Paid Rank will determine the total Pay Point earning, which allows an Ambassador to earn all the available Pay Points for that particular Rank-up to, but not including, the minimum point requirement of the following rank.¤

Example: This means that if, in a given month, an Ambassador’s work earns a Paid Rank of Gold, they are eligible to earn Pay Points up to, but not including, the minimum 250-point requirement of Sr. Gold (which is the next rank).¤


This adjustment is designed to encourage balanced and consistent business-building activities while promoting stable, long-term growth and activity. In addition, this modification more adequately aligns with our One Plexus ethos and our vision of a true legacy company that you can feel confident will be around for decades to come!

Understanding the why behind this update is crucial to us, and we want to ensure everyone understands the importance of these occasional updates and how they impact each person. We have worked diligently to ensure every decision is made with the utmost consideration for the long-term success of our One Plexus Team. 

At this time, this change affects less than five hundred Ambassadors – but every Ambassador matters. We are here to help you and support your business.

Your success is incredibly important to us. If you are concerned if this change may affect you, please do not hesitate to reach out to a member of our Customer Service team with any questions or concerns. In addition, we have team members in place to support the realignment efforts of those affected over the next several months.
