Family-Friendly Adventures

  • Trolley Tours has a popular hop-on-hop-off-tour of Nashville with 15 stops. You can learn about the city from a brightly-colored trolley lead by a knowledgeable tour guide.
  • Cruise down the river on the General Jackson Showboat with live music.
  • Try the spooky evening Ghost Tour at Andrew Jackson’s Hermitage after hours.
  • Get active with a Nashville daytime scavenger hunt walking tour
  • Love animals? Try the Nashville Zoo at Grassmere. The zoo has outdoor trails, birds, bears, leopards, and a large variety of other exotic animals. 
  • Have a uniquely Southern experience and learn to line dance at the Wildhorse Saloon.

  • Find your country roots at The Station Inn – a music listening room in The Gulch area of Nashville. Here you can find the world’s best bluegrass, classic country, Americana and roots music seven nights a week.
  • Love the show Nashville? Then the Bluebird Cafe is a must!

Feel the Love in Nashville

  • Take your partner for a spin at some of the most popular honky-tonks on the Honky Tonk Highway: Robert’s Western WorldTootsie’s Orchid Lounge, and Legends Corner.
  • Explore Belle Meade Plantation and take in the history of the city.
  • The serene, green environment at Centennial Park is a perfect spot for taking a lovely stroll with your special someone. Walk the trails, feed the ducks, or visit The Parthenon.
  • The iconic and intimate Bluebird Cafe is an excellent choice to watch live music, as well as The Station Inn if you like bluegrass. 
  • Date night – one of the most well-known luxury restaurants in Nashville is Watermark, which offers outdoor seating, cocktails, and amazing desserts.
  • 20 minute drive south of Downtown Nashville is Arrington Vineyards – share a bottle of Kinzley Reserve and settle in for some live bluegrass out in front of the Grand Barn on the gorgeous rural grounds of as part of “Music in the Vines.”
  • Take in the sunset at Love Circle. A historic spot that has come to be known as Nashville’s very own lovers’ lane. Wind up the residential drive in West End and you’ll find a park with stunning views of Music City.

Take the City by Storm

  • Take a stroll down the Honky Tonk Highway
  • Country Music Hall of Fame. Two hours should be enough to explore. Be sure to record a cover single of You Belong with Me at the Taylor Swift recording booth while you’re there!
  • Love brunch? Look no further than Pinewood Social!
  • For all the Johnny Cash fans, visiting this museum is a must. It showcases the largest collection of Johnny Cash artifacts in the world.
  • Check out the Bluebird Cafe! This small 90 seat venue is a great opportunity to get up close to some of Nashville’s best songwriters. Book in advance! Tickets sell out quickly!
