We want to identify and reward our Ambassadors who play a key role in opening and/or growing a new market, country, or region and who are taking action early in the development of that market, country, or region!
To help our Ambassadors who do business in new global markets or have an interest in doing so, Plexus® offers an International Bonus Pool Program based on market development. The bonus is paid quarterly.¤
How it Works
An Ambassador will share with other qualified Ambassadors (up to 25 per quarter in each market) a bonus based on a certain percentage of the Local Market Sales Volume (1%).¤
Eligible participants will share a quarterly bonus based on one percent (1%) of the Local Market Sales Volume. A local market is defined as Canada, Australia, and Mexico. A quarter is based on the calendar year:¤
January 1 – March 31 (Quarter One)
April 1 – June 30 (Quarter Two)
July 1 – September 30 (Quarter Three)
October 1 – December 31 (Quarter Four)
There will be an International Bonus Pool opportunity in each of the international markets (Canada, Australia, and Mexico).
Example: Each qualified Ambassador will receive a percentage of the International Bonus Pool market commissionable volume (1%) for the local market in which they participate. The bonus payout amount will be based on the number of Qualifying Ambassadors for that quarter (up to 25) and will be a weighted amount based on the amount of points produced by each Qualifying Ambassador for that market.
Qualifications for the International Bonus Pool
To be considered a “Qualifying Ambassador” for a local market’s quarterly bonus pool, the Ambassador must meet the following:
- Be Commission Qualified all 3 months in the quarter
- Achieve and maintain the Plexus rank of Senior Ruby for at least 2 of the 3 months in the quarter with:
- At least 90% of their points (675 total points with 135 points from an outside primary leg) gained from new activities in that local market
- At least 5 new personally sponsored and qualified Level 1 Ambassadors from that local market
- Rank in the top 25 of total qualified Ambassadors, based on point volume in the local market for the quarter. All activity must come from the local market in which they are building.
- Originate from the new personally sponsored and qualified Level 1 Ambassadors as of January 1, 2020 in the local market in which the Ambassador is building.
The Founder Title
When the International Bonus Pool program launches, Ambassadors will also have the opportunity to earn the title of Founder. A Founder is defined as: one of a predetermined number of Ambassadors (up to 25) in a newly launched, international market who is one of the first Ambassadors to achieve certain requirements established by the Company for that country/region. When an Ambassador meets all program requirements and qualifications and is one of the first (up to 25) to do so, he/she will receive the title of ‘Founder’ in that market.
International Bonus Pool Launch Date
The program will officially launch in each international market (Canda, Australia, and Mexico) April 1, 2020; however, all activity that meets the criteria for the program qualifications will be retroactive to January 1, 2020 12:00 a.m. (ET). All Ambassadors (US, CA, AU, NZ, MX) are eligible to participate. All Ambassadors begin to build in a specific market (CA, AU, MX) as if they are a new Ambassador. New activity begins with personal enrollments in the specific market.
The first bonus pool payment will be based on quarter April, May, June 2020 and paid no later than the end of July 2020. All Ambassador activities towards qualification for the International Bonus Pool program payouts will begin on January 1, 2020.¤
